The Exchange Process

Contact Us: If you believe your item is eligible for an exchange, you must email us at akorganicsofficial@gmail.com or whatsapp at 03253634524 within 2 days of delivery receipt. Please include your order number, a clear photo of the product, and a description of the issue.

Approval & Return: Once we receive and approve your request, we will provide you with the return address and instructions for sending the item back to us.

Inspection & Dispatch: Upon receiving the returned product, our team will inspect it to verify the eligibility claim. Once approved, we will dispatch the replacement item to you.
Please Note:

The customer is responsible for the shipping cost of returning the item for exchange.

We will bear the shipping cost for sending the replacement product.

Exchanges are limited to the same product. We cannot process exchanges for a different product or color.
