Processing Time

All orders are processed within 24 hours after placement. This occurs on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed after 12 PM PKT or on weekends will be processed the next business day.

Delivery Time & Shipping

Once your order is processed and handed over to our delivery partner, the estimated delivery time is 4 to 5 working days.

  • Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

  • Please note that this 4-5 working day timeframe is an estimate and not a guarantee. Delivery may occasionally be affected by factors beyond our control, such as courier delays, weather conditions, or public holidays.

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number (if applicable) once your order is dispatched, allowing you to monitor its journey.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order value.

  • Free Standard Shipping is available on orders over 4,000 PKR.

  • For orders below this amount, a flat-rate of 200 shipping fee will be applied.

  • Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
